NPP Canada Branch Mourns its Founder, Mr. Ken Ntiamoa

With profound grief, we announce the sudden passing of Mr. Ken Ntiamoa, founder of the NPP Canada Branch and a Founding Member of the New Patriotic Party. Mr. Ntiamoa passed away on Friday, June 14, 2024.

Mr. Ntiamoa played a pivotal role in the NPP Canada Branch since its inception in 1992, serving as Chairman of the NPP Toronto Chapter from 1992 to 2005 and later as Chairman of the Council of Elders until his passing. He was a dedicated member of the NPP North America and contributed significantly to the registration of the New Patriotic Party in Ghana, earning him the status of a Founding Member.

Mr. Ntiamoa’s leadership and dedication were instrumental in positioning the Canada Branch as one of the leading NPP external branches. He was actively involved in the recent 32nd anniversary celebrations, participating in the grand BBQ and townhall events in good health, making his sudden demise a shock to the entire Ghanaian community across Canada.

The Branch Leadership extends its deepest sympathies to the family, friends, and all Patriots across the various Chapters in Canada. May Mr. Ken Ntiamoa’s soul find eternal peace and comfort in the bosom of the Almighty, and may he be received gracefully by his ancestors.

Signed,

Samuel Yaw Asirifi
