Asamoah Gyan accepts Bawumia’s appointment as a member of his Manifesto Committee

The members of the New Patriotic Party’s (NPP) Manifesto Committee have been revealed by Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, the party’s presidential candidate.

Members of the NPP manifesto team include Kwabena Agyapong and Asamoah Gyan, the former captain of the Black Stars.

The group assigned to draft the party’s manifesto will begin by carefully going over past manifestos from the elections of 2016 and 2020.

The group, whose members are diverse, has a mandate that goes beyond document assessment. It is charged with involving different stakeholders and consulting sector ministers, who will act as advisors, under the direction of Dr. Bawumia.

By taking an inclusive approach, we hope to guarantee that the resulting manifesto is based on the real needs and ambitions of the Ghanaian people, while also being forward-looking.

The Director of Communications for Dr. Bawumia’s campaign, Dennis Miracles Aboagye, issued a statement emphasizing the value of teamwork in creating a manifesto that accurately represents the interests and concerns of the Ghanaian people.
