Kwahu West: Man camps & defiles 11-year-old student to death while raining
A man in his mid-forties has been arrested by the Eastern Regional Police command after he allegedly raped an 11-year-old student in Kokrompe at Kwaku West.
According to an eyewitness narration on Kessben FM’s Breaking News, the 11-year-old was returning home from school when it started raining thereby had to find a place to stand and ended up in the room of the suspect who took her home.
The suspect initially claimed he only provided paracetamol for the 11-year-old who had complained of headache and let her sleep but unfortunately could not wake up again.
Unable to wake her up, the man rushed to call a neighbor for assistance but the child could still not wake up.
Upon arrival of some other neighbors, the suspect narrated that he only gave the student paracetamol to sleep after she had complained of a headache.
The victim was hurriedly rushed to the Hospital where she was confirmed dead by the doctors and upon medical examinations, it was established that she was defiled.
Upon further interrogation by police, the suspect eventually confirmed that he tempered with a 10-year-old’s private parts.
