Ghanaian actor, Oboy Siki actor, has disclosed that he decided to quit school to follow his passion.
Speaking on Kessben TV’s Music Plus, he stated that during that time they used plantain as a form of payment. He started hosting events in Offinso District in the Ashanti region.
“In 1967, I decided to start my music and acting career. I started by hosting events in my hometown” He said
He added that sometimes it took him one to two months because there were so many towns. He highlighted some instruments he used during that time (Conka, drums, and Ahuja speaker).
He further said he used 3 good years to complete Form 4 because of his absence from school.
