Bologna sign Ghanaian teenager Emmanuel Acquah on loan from EUAfrica FC
Acquah has signed a five-month contract with an option for an extension based on his performance.
His move comes in less than two months after joining EurAfrica FC in the last transfer window. The 18-year-old will however start from the Primavera division (U19) to acclimatise to his new environment.
Acquah is a box to box midfielder who started his football with a juvenile club, United FC at Adako Jachie, his hometown in the Ashanti region.
He was developed by Achiken FC in division 1 where spent two-and -half- years during his senior high school years at Juaben SHS.
The new Bologna recruit is one of many young footballers who failed to make the list of the National U20 squad for the WAFU tournament in December 2020.
Acquah spent last season with division 1 side Susubribi Sporting club in Koforidua. He is a hard tackler, strong in the air, has power and is a good passer of the ball.
He will join Ghanaian compatriot Alfred Owusu and Ebenezer Annan who plays for the Bologna youth side.
