Suame MP John Darko calls for expansion of existing courts over proposed Tribunal System by NDC Gov’t

The Member of Parliament for Suame, John Darko Esq., has called on the government to strengthen Ghana’s existing court system instead of establishing tribunal courts.
Speaking on Kessben FM, Mr. Darko argued that expanding the capacity of the current judicial system would be a more practical and cost-effective way to improve the delivery of justice.
According to him, investing in existing courts by increasing infrastructure, resources, and judicial personnel would help address delays in the administration of justice without creating a separate tribunal system.
Mr. Darko maintained that enhancing the current court structure would ensure greater efficiency while preserving the integrity of Ghana’s judicial system.
