President of Division Two side Sporty Talented, Tony Ken Gargo, believes footballers who successfully cope with the pressure of playing for Asante Kotoko SC are capable of excelling anywhere in the world.

Speaking on Kessben Drive with Fante Quoo, Gargo highlighted the intense expectations, scrutiny and demands that come with representing one of Ghana’s biggest football clubs.

According to him, the pressure from supporters, management and the media makes Kotoko one of the most challenging environments for any player.

“Any footballer who is able to stand the Kotoko pressure for a year can play anywhere in the world,” Gargo stated during the interview.

The football administrator noted that players at Kotoko are constantly expected to deliver results, making mental strength just as important as talent and technical ability.
