Ahafo Ano North NPP Constituency Elections: Nicholas Asamoah raises concerns over alleged unfairness

A leading member of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) in the Ahafo Ano North constituency, Nicholas Asamoah, has expressed concern over what he describes as unfair practices in the ongoing constituency elections process.

According to Mr. Asamoah, certain actions and decisions surrounding the elections appear to favor one particular candidate while disadvantaging others contesting for various positions. He called on party executives and election organizers to ensure transparency, fairness, and equal opportunities for all aspirants to maintain unity within the party.

Speaking to party supporters, Mr. Asamoah emphasized that the integrity of the electoral process is essential to preserving confidence among grassroots members. He warned that perceptions of bias and manipulation could create tension and negatively affect party cohesion ahead of future national elections.

He further appealed to the leadership of the ruling New Patriotic Party to intervene and ensure that the constituency elections are conducted in a free, fair, and peaceful manner.
