Speaking on a program on Kessben FM, Mensah questioned the fairness of such actions in today’s modern era, arguing that law enforcement must rely on credible evidence rather than hearsay.

“In this modern era, why should authorities be arresting people based on hearsay?” he asked during the discussion, stressing that such practices undermine justice and public confidence in the legal system.

Kwasi Mensah emphasized that due process and thorough investigations are essential to protecting citizens’ rights. He warned that wrongful arrests not only damage reputations but also erode trust between the public and security agencies.
