“We are disappointed with the result” – Berekum Chelsea Coach, Samuel Boadu after home defeat to Hearts
Berekum Chelsea head coach Samuel Boadu has expressed his disappointment after a 1-0 defeat to Heart of Oak in the Ghana Premier League.
The Phobians ended the Blues’ ten-game unbeaten run at the Golden City Park after Mawuli Wayo netted in the 56th-minute goal, giving the visitors all three maximum points.
“The result is not the true reflection of the match. It is quite unfortunate, and we are very disappointed with this result,” Coach Boadu told the media.
“The goal we conceded is unpardonable. It’s football, there is nothing that we can do. We did our best to come back but it didn’t happen. We’ve realized our mistakes and will go back and work on them,” he added.
Berekum Chelsea will travel to Accra to face Dreams FC at the Tuba AstroTurf in their next fixture in the Ghana Premier League.
