Another participant, a student from the University of Ghana legon, Mary Gyesenu, praised Valentino Nii Noi Nortey for bringing the health screening to her doorstep. “It’s very nice. If you are not feeling well, they will check you and prescribe medicine for you and give it to you for free… We need more of this kind of things and that’s why we should vote for number 1; because he is not even an M.P and look at what he is doing. So, when he becomes an M.P he will do more than this”, she said.

According to health personnels attending to the patrons at the event, the prevalent diseases and illnesses recorded, whose carriers received medical advice and medicine, were hypertension, Diabetes, body pains and loss of appetite. The age range for the attendants was 28 – 65 yrs for a total of 117 participants at Tudu alone. The same activity went on simultaneously at Osu.

Valentino Nii Noi Nortey has assured that health screening exercises and other medical interventions, will be more frequent should he be elected the Member of Parliament for Klottey Korle constituency come December 7th.
