Bawumia is Winning This Year’s Election, No Doubt – Dr.Keskin Owusu
Dr. Keskin Owusu, a member of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) Ashanti Regional Communication Team, has expressed strong confidence that Bawumia the flagbearer of NPP will emerge victorious in the December 7, 2024, elections.
Dr. Keskin based his optimism on predictions from respected non-partisan research groups like Afrobarometer, credible researchers like Prof. Smart Sarpong, and feedback gathered during the NPP’s grassroots campaign efforts.
“Our rigorous campaign across the country has shown us one thing. Ghanaians are ready to keep the NPP in power. From what we’ve heard on the ground, there’s no doubt about our victory,” he stressed.
Responding to a question from host Kwabena Owusu Dankwah about whether the NPP would win outright or face a run-off, Dr. Keskin stated, “Whether we win by a clear majority or through a run-off will ultimately be decided on election day. What matters is that the NPP is prepared for victory.
“The idea that the NDC can secure 97% in Oforikrom is simply not possible. Reports from credible groups like Afrobarometer don’t support such claims,” he said.
Dr. Keskin also praised Prof. Smart Sarpong for his accurate election predictions since 2016, describing him as a reliable voice in electoral research.
He appreciated the NPP’s focus on “positive continuity” and solutions to Ghana’s challenges. “We are working hard to share our message of hope and progress with every Ghanaian. Our goal is to make sure voters understand the vision we’re offering,” he mentioned.
Dr. Keskin encouraged Ghanaians to carefully compare the policies of the NPP and the NDC. “This election is about choosing the future. I urge everyone to look at which party offers real solutions to our country’s problems,” he concluded.
