I saw Heaven and hell when I died for 11minutes – Woman Narrates Ordeal

Charlotte Holmes, a 68-year-old great-grandmother, has talked about what she witnessed in the 11 minutes she says she spent in paradise following her death.

According to Charlotte, the event happened in September 2019 during a standard cardiac examination with her doctor. Her blood pressure soared from 134 to 234 during the visit, raising the possibility that she was experiencing a heart attack or stroke, according to her doctor.

She explained that her death was confirmed using the “five-minute” assessment, a routine used by medical professionals to declare death. 

Speaking during the interview, her husband, Danny said: “Immediately, they call this code and everybody started rushing in.

“They just started working on her and I thought ‘Well, I’m wondering if I’m even going to be able to bring her home.

He also shared that after his wife woke up, she began describing things that weren’t actually in the hospital room, but she was seeing them as if they were real.

He continued: “That’s when I knew she was not in this world,

I was above my body,’ as she remembered the ordeal. 

‘I could see them doing chest compressions. I could see them, all the nurses around. I could smell the most beautiful flowers I’ve ever smelled. And then I heard music.’ 

Charlotte Interuptted saying: “I saw my mom. I saw my dad. I saw my sister. I saw family members standing behind. I saw saints of old.

“They didn’t look old. They didn’t look sick. None of them wore glasses.

“Standing behind my mom and dad was a light so bright,’ she continued. ‘I couldn’t look upon it. So bright. But I knew it was my Heavenly Father.

“God took me to the edge of Hell.

“I looked down and the smell — rotten flesh — that’s what it smelled like.

“And screams. After seeing the beauty of Heaven, the contrast of seeing Hell is almost unbearable.”
