An aggrieved NPP man is more or less like someone who has left the party, but when an NDC man is angry, he says his mind and still remains committed – Kwasi Mensah

Speaking on Kessben FM, Kwasi Mensah drew a comparison between how members of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) and the National Democratic Congress (NDC) respond to internal disagreements.

According to him, aggrieved NPP members often distance themselves from the party to the extent that it appears they have left entirely. In contrast, he said NDC members tend to openly express their frustrations while maintaining their allegiance.

“When an NPP gets angry with the party, it is more like he has left the party, but when an NDC man is angry, he says his mind and still remains committed,” he stated during the discussion.

Observers note that internal cohesion and the management of dissent remain key factors in shaping public confidence in Ghana’s major political organisations.
