Ashanti Region: 22 year-old man nabbed for allegedly stealing electrical wires (Video)
The Trede Police Command has arrested a 22-year-old suspect in connection with the alleged theft of electrical wires in the Ampabame No. 2 area.
According to a report filed by Kessben FM’s Asumadu Sowah, the suspect was apprehended following a tip-off about suspicious activities in the vicinity.
Authorities are emphasizing the importance of community vigilance and cooperation in tackling theft and other crimes.
The police have urged residents to report any unusual activities to help maintain safety in the area. Further investigations are ongoing to determine the extent of the theft and any additional accomplices involved.
