Kotoko is in my heart, the fact that you played for Kotoko & I did not doesn’t mean you love Kotoko more than me – Asamoah Gyan to Baffour Gyan
Former Captain of the Black Stars, Asamoah has expressed his deep love for Asante Kotoko stressing that he loves Asante Kotoko more than his brother Baffour Gyan does.
Asamoah Gyan speaking on Kessben TV’s Midfield Action with Joe Laka stressed that the fact that Baffour Gyan had a stint with Kumasi Asante Kotoko during his playing days does not mean he (Baffour) loves Kotoko than him.
“Let me tell you, You don’t love Asante Kotoko more than me. The fact that I did not play for Kotoko and you played for Kotoko during your playing days does not mean you love Kotoko more than me. I love Asante Kotoko more than you love Kotoko. In fact Kotoko is in my heart. He said.
He urged Asante Kotoko supporters to throng to the Baba Yara sports Stadium as he launches the All Regional Games on Saturday 6th July 2024.
