They accused me & Bright Agyei of taking a bribe for Karela to beat us – Aduana Youth Coach Yahaya Mohammed clears his name
Following Aduana Stars’ 2-1 home defeat to Karela FC on matchday 28 of the Ghana Premier League, some players of the Aduana FC and officials were accused of having taken bribes.
Yahaya Mohammed who is the youth team Coach of the Aduana was part of the people who were fingered to have taken the bribe from Karela.
Yahaya Mohammed speaking on Kessben TV with Sir Joe Laka completely rubished the claims.
According to Yahaya Mohammed, the head coach of the Aduana W.O Tandoh after the game said in the dressing room he had heard that some members of his team had taken a bribe from Karela and when he queried the team manager, the team manager mentioned his name, Bright Agyei, Sam Adams and Yaw Ansah to the receivers of the bribe.
The aforementioned have since been suspended by the management of Aduana FC as the investigations on the issue have been opened.
