WA: Top MC arrested for allegedly defiling 12 JHS girls
Popular wedding MC, Anaata has been detained by the Ghana Police Service on suspicion of defiling young girls in the Wa Municipality.
According to sources, the police detained him in Wa in the early hours of Friday, August 4.
Since his alleged defilement of over 30 young female minors between the ages of 8 and 13, he has been on the run.
Anaata has been brought before the court and charged with defiling 12 children, who have undergone medical examination and are prepared to testify. The remaining 30 girls have not yet joined the prosecution, according to the State Attorney overseeing the case.
