In fact Hon. Dr. Yaw Osei Adutwum is one of the ministers worth celebrating. He is such a proactive and practical minister who doesn’t just talk or comment on a problem but rather goes any extra mile to get an antidote to it.

Indeed, he has proven his mantle as a practical PhD holder and a problem solver. He always looks for a root cause of a problem and finds an everlasting solution to mitigate it to prevent its future occurrence.

Desk deficits have been one of the major problems faced by Kpandai District Educational Directorate. As earlier pointed out, Hon. Dr. Yaw Osei Adutwum, a fixer, was able to distribute a total of 23000 desks to 80 schools within the district. This took effect after a few days when the problem got to his desk.
The Passion of Hon. Dr. Yaw Osei Adutwum to serve and to ensure quality and easy access to education is just phenomenal.

Frankly, he is a minister who genuinely feels the human situation and always makes himself readily available to step into the shoes of others.
