76-year-old man leaves a whole community in a state of shock after hanging himself to death (Video)
For a man who has crossed the age of 70, why will he be ending his life in such a manner? That is the most asked question in Assin Bofredu in Assin Fosu after an elderly man in his seventies committed suicide with a rope.
According to the residents of the Assin Brofredu, the old man was very respected in the community, a reason why the news of his suicide came as a big shock to them.
Kessebn FM’s reporter, Ambruce speaking on Kessben Breaking News with Nyakoh Abronomah said, the unfortunate happened on a day when he was to visit the hospital with his wife.
Ambruce reported that after brushing his teeth in the morning, he was nowhere to be found until people saw him at the farm dead — near a river known as Subin.
According to his wife, she had arranged to visit the hospital for his periodic check up on his eye the very day he hanged himself. He was the Abusuapanin of his family.
