David Ocloo is a good coach but to succeed at Hearts unless there is no interference – Stanley Afedzie
Former Accra Hearts of Oak player, Stanley Afedzie has said that David Ocloo’s new job at Accra Hearts of Oak will be very difficult for him to succeed in if he’s not given free room to operate by the leadership of the club.
Stanley Afedzie speaking on Kessben TV said the former Asante Kotoko deputy coach is a modern-day coach who has every potential to make big with Accra Hearts of Oak.
“What I know is that he is a man of principle. He’s learned. He learns a lot. And having worked with Prosper Ogum he has gained more experience.
He is a tactical person. During his time at Liberty professional, when we are on the team bus, he will give books to us to read. He has read about Vangal, Pep Guardiola and the likes. He’s just a modern coach.
But the issue is that with the Hearts of Oak of Job unless the leadership of the club give him free room to operate before he can succeed. Afedzie said.
