Listening to the news in Ghana has now become depressing – Sammy Adu Boakye
Director of programs at Kessben Media, Sammy Adu Boakye opines it has now become disheartening monitoring news in Ghana.
The experienced broadcaster obviously is having enough of the bad turn of events in the country ranging from politics to the bad attitudinal nature of most citizens.
Amid the high cost of living in Ghana currently, there is this sad development of illegal mining which appears to be on the rise over the last few months causing massive destruction of the nation’s natural resources.
The country’s water bodies are gradually turning mud and the situation seems to be deteriorating every passing day.
In a simple statement, Sammy took to his Facebook page to express his grief over the current happenings in the country.
He noted that he will rather opt to listen to music than listen to the news. “Now listening to the news has become depressing! Let me turn to music. Boo” He said.
