15 political parties are warming up for the 2024 elections – EC reveals (Video)
Director of electoral service at the EC, Dr Serebour Quicoe has divulged that 16 political parties have presented documents, expressing interest to contest in the 2024 General elections.
The 2020 elections saw 14 political parties contesting with three independent candidates.
With 2 years to another General election, the EC says the number has shot up from 14 parties to 16 with an expectation of more to be added.
Dr Serebour Quicoe speaking on Kessben FM’s Maakye with Kwame Appiah Kubi said 16 parties are currently warming up for the 2024 Elections.
