NDC’s Elikplim Akurugu is the preferred candidate to win the Dome Kwabanya seat – Global Info Analytics
A new poll conducted by the Global info Analytics has predicted that the National Democratic Congress will win the Dome Kwabenya seat if a by-election is held presently.
Following the revocation of the Dome Kwabenya MP, Adwoa Safo, from her ministerial position, chances are high that her seat would be declared vacant because of her long absence from Parliament.
The majority in Parliament surprisingly are also pushing for her removal from the legislature due to her long absence.
The poll by Global Info Analytics says NDC’s Elikplim Akurugu will be averaging 59 per cent votes, with an NPP aspirant, Mike Oquaye Jnr likely to pull 34 per cent.
The executive director of Global Info Analytics, Mr Mussa K Dankwah was in the studio of Kessben TV with Kwame Appiah Kubi to throw much light on the dynamics at Dome Kwabanya.
