Update: A 5-year-old birthday girl dies after falling into a neglected toilet manhole (Video)
It has always been said that one of the greatest problems in developing countries got do with not being proactive.
In most African countries especially Ghana, danger may be looming but authorities won’t fix the situation until it kills someone or brings much more harm.
The demise of this innocent little girl is a result of someone’s negligence.
According to Malam Yaya of Kessben TV who reported the news from Ejisu in the Ashanti Region, the little girl while playing with her friends moments after celebrating her 5th birthday in front of their house fell into a nearby toilet manhole that was not covered.
Videos intercepted by Kessben TV show it is now after the incident that works have begun covering up the Toilet manhole.
