Hospital Malpractice: There must be a complaint unit at hospitals in Ghana – Akuoko Kwarteng
Kessben FM’s Journalist, Akuoko Kwarteng reckons one of the best ways to find a solution to the canker of hospital malpractices is to have a complaint department at the various hospitals in Ghana.
The issue of hospital malpractices continues to be on the rise, especially in these times of smartphones.
Most Ghanaians nurses neglect their duties whiles at work to concentrate on their phones while patients are left to suffer.
The situation has led to so many deaths which could have been avoided. Akuoko Kwarteng speaking about the issue on Kessben Maakye suggested to the authorities that one way to find a near-perfect solution to this mess at the hospitals is to have a complaint unit at the hospitals.
Akuoko Kwarteng believes when there are complaint units at the various hospitals that independently deal directly with such issues, the canker will be wiped out.
