Western Region: 7 die in gory accident at Wasa (Video)

A truck carrying cocoa collided with a sprinter vehicle at Wasa Akropong leaving tens injured and killing 7 people.

According to eyewitnesses, the truck carrying the cocoa in a bid to swerve a sharp curve along the road, unfortunately, run into the Sprinter Vehicle which was coming from Kumasi.

6 people were reported to have died on the spot leaving over ten people severely injured. One of the injured died the following morning after the accident at the hospital.

Kessben FM’s reporter in the Western region speaking on Breaking News Kwasi Ntiamoah said after the collision, a taxi that was speeding also ran into the sprinter vehicle.
