Kessben has not sold the Anane Boateng Stadium to Dr. Kwame Kyei – Here are the Details & More (Video)
The local media apparently reported that the owner of the Anane Boateng Stadium, Mr. Kwabena Kesse has sold the facility to the BoD Chairman of Kumasi Asante Kotoko, Dr. Kwame Kyei.
The reports which have been going rounds suggests the stadium is going to be renovated for Kumasi Asante Kotoko to be used for their home games are untrue.
Kessben sports desk checks have however revealed that the stadium has not been sold to Dr. Kwame Kyei but was handed to him by Mr. Kwabena Kesse to be renovated for Bekwai Youth Football Academy (BYFA).
Bekwai Youth Academy is a division one club owned and run by the sons of Dr. Kwame Kyei, Davies and Nana Boadu.
The team was purchased by Dr Kwame Kyei last year for a reportedly amount of GHC200,000.
