So be it if my players are invited to Black Stars, they are also Ghanaians – Kurt Okraku

GFA President, Kurt Okraku has rubbished claims of favouritism in player selection at the Senior National football team, the Black Stars.

A section of Ghanaians has accused the GFA president who owns a premier league club (Dreams F.C) of influencing player selection for players who are aligned to his football club and agency.

The GFA Capo speaking in an interview with Joe Laka on Kessben FM/TV Midfield Action underscored the players who were invited by the head coach of the Black Stars, Milovan Rajevac were all called on merit.

According to him, if some players from his football club are given the chance to be among the selected players, he sees nothing wrong with that because they are all Ghanaians.

Reacting particularly to Philimon Baffour who most Ghanaians have opinionated that he does not deserve a Black Stars call up, the GFA president said Ghanaians are not being fair to the Dreams FC footballer.
