2 busted in Santasi for stealing electrical wires (VIDEO)
Two young men identified as Emmanuel Amoateng and Iddrisu Wahab have been arrested by the Trede Police after they made away with electrical wires in Nkoranza.
Kessben FM/TV reporter, Asumadu Darkwah speaking on Breaking News told Nyarkoh Abronomah that the thieves were eventually caught in Santansi when they alighted from a Taxi.
After the two got down from the Taxi, one of them stole Ghc50 from the Taxi Driver.
The Taxi driver upon realizing his money had been stolen, quickly chased the two and got his money back.
The scene led to many suspecting the two, therefore, questioning them of where they got the electrical wires.
After interrogating them, they earlier said they took the wires from a roadside. They later confirmed that they stole them from a house in Nkoranza after they were heavily buttered.
