Mr Ackon, the taxi driver who returned an amount of GHC8400 to the owner has recounted how his wife contributed to his instinct to return the money he found in his car.
According to him, though he had apparently thought of returning the money the day after to the owner, his wife gingered him to have done the right thing.
Speaking on Kessben FM/TV’s Maakye with Kwame Appiah Kubi, Mr Ackon said he approached the wife about what he had found and the wife sharply remarked that if he want blessings, he should find the owner and return the money but if wants enjoyment is up to him.
After a video of him returning the money to the owner went viral, there have been multiple donations to the kind-hearted Taxi driver.
Vice-President Dr Mahamudu Bawumia donated GH¢20,000 to him after his act of honesty went viral.
