Bibiani-Anhwiaso-Bekwai MP Supports Two Young Entrepreneurs
The Member of Parliament for Bibiani-Anhwiaso-Bekwai, Hon. Alfred Obeng-Boateng has extended a helping hand to two young entrepreneurs in Bibiani. The beneficiaries were, Mr. Kwabena Amankwah Asiedu, leader of the communication team of the MP and Mr. Addae, polling station chairman at Nantwikumye. The duo are into pig or hog farming. The two were given Ghc2,500.00 cheque each.
According to the MP, the package was a reward to the two for buying into his ideas and vision of entrepreneurship. They were however, encouraged to use the package to expand their businesses. “Pig farm is a lucrative business hence a suburb of Accra near new town has been christined pig farm” Hon. Alfred Obeng-Boateng stated. The Hon Member narrated the history behind this suburb to them.
He reiterated that, he was shocked to hear from one of the entrepreneurs that the seed capital of the business came from a gift from the member of Parliament some time ago.
He urged all members present to follow the good examples of the two brothers in order to brighten their future.
The beneficiaries were very grateful to the MP and promised to put the package into good use.
