Dr. Joseph Akpaloo told his staff at a recent meeting that Anas and his Tiger Eye PI have served the hospital a letter of an ongoing investigations to their operations.
“I want to take the opportunity to advise all staff to be vigilant and live up to expectation and beyond because we have received a letter from Anas Aremeyaw Anas. We all know that they were here about three weeks ago and they are still here and they are taking inventory of what we do.
“…..In their letter they stated that ‘as journalists they must fish out bad things in society but we must also appreciate the good ones….the bad ones will follow later’,” Dr. Akpaloo noted.
Notable among Anas’ works in 2015 was his undercover project which exposed a damning corruption scandal in Ghana’s judiciary. The documentary film shook the world, leading to the dismissal of several judicial workers and some judges. The secretly filmed documentary also made it as the most successful film premiere in Ghana which was shown amidst legal tussles.
