Zimbabwean referees to officiate Black Stars World Cup qualifier against Comoros
FIFA has appointed Zimbabwean referee Norman Matemera to officiate Ghana’s 2018 World qualifying match against Comoros to be played on November 13.
Matemera will be assisted by compatriots Tapfumanei Mutengwa and Salani Ncube in the assistant 1 and assistant 2 roles respectively.
Ruzive Ruzive who is also from Zimbabwe will be the reserve referee whiles Yigzaw Ambaw Bezuayehu from Ethiopia will be the referee assessor.
FIFA has also appointed Ismael Locate from France as Match Commissioner for the game.
The match has been scheduled for the Stade Said Mohammed Cheikh in Moroni with kick off time at 3:00pm(local time).
The return leg will be played on November 17 at the Baba Yara Stadium in Kumasi.
