Benzema could make Arsenal transfer amid Real Madrid frustration
Karim Benzema’s future could lie at Arsenal as his frustrations grow with Real Madrid manager Rafael Benitez, according to reports.
The France striker has admitted that he is ‘fed up’ with regularly being substituted by Benitez, having only completed one league game so far this season.
Benitez has played down rumours of a rift between him and Benzema, but according to Fichajes the 27-year-old could soon depart the Bernabeu, with north London his most likely destination.
Arsenal were reported to have tabled a number of offers for the striker during the summer, but could now get their man within the next two transfer windows, although Manchester United and Manchester City are both thought to be interested in the player.
Despite his apparent angst, Benzema has started this season in red-hot form, hitting six goals in his first six La Liga games.
