Highlife stars for Fetu Afahye 2015
Communication company, MTN will be in the thick of affairs as usual with its Culturefest train when this year’s Fetu Afahye of the chiefs and people of the Oguaa Traditional Area in the Central Region comes off from September 4 to September 6.
The unbeatable fun package slated for the festival include Chill Zone sessions at the Capital Hill Hotel. The ‘Akwaaba Night’ there on Friday, September 4 will feature a live band event to welcome visitors to town.
The programme on Saturday, September 5 will feature top highlife acts such as Ben Brako, A.B Crenstil and Pat. Thomas.
An MTN source indicated to Graphic Showbiz that the company would extend its popular ‘M’ afe Nie’ promotion to the festival grounds and that it will be laced with a massive Internet and data promotion drive.
“MTN will set up data stands across town, pretty ladies will travel the length and breadth of Cape Coast and its environs to give free services to consumers and prospective ones as well,” the source said.
There will be more activities on September 6 as MTN ambassadors embark on a door- to- door Internet and data activation exercise.
