George Ayisi Boateng, a founding member of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), says President Mahama only plays with words but is not serious.
The President only loves to say things to suit Ghanaians but does not have the implementation abilities Mr Boateng said on Kessben Television’s morning show, Adeakye Abia.
Explaining further that the State of the Nation address given by the President was just empty promises which will never materialize and made reference to previous State of the Nation addresses given by President Mahama.
“Whenever he has to address Parliament on the true state of the nation, he goes around conjuring stuff which he can not achieve. It is clear and on record, we are tired of his promises,” Mr Boateng added.
He further stated that the free SHS promised by the President will not happen because of the current bad shape of the nation’s economy.
