The leadership of the opposition New Patriotic Party has now paved way for parliamentary primaries to be held in 13 out of the 30 constituencies whose primaries were put on hold during the nationwide exercise to elect candidates for the 2016 elections.
The party suspended elections in the 30 constituencies due to unresolved differences.
The 13 have been given the green light to hold their primaries following the successful resolution of the impasse there.
The 13 constituencies are:

Juaboso Sefwi Akontombra
Ashanti Region
Juaben
Akrofrom
Brong Ahafo Region
Kintampo North
Greater Accra
Okai Koi South
Tema East
Central Region
Upper Denkyira West
Gomoa East
