‘Sports Presenters’ favorite Chris Hughton applies for Black Stars coaching Job

Checks by Kessben Sports reveal the former Brighton Manager has submitted an application for the Black Stars head coach vacant position.

Prior to the Qatar 2022 World Cup, the English-born coach was appointed as the technical advisor of the Black Stars ahead of Ghana’s playoff game with Nigeria.

Recently ex-coach of the Black Stars Otto Addo who was appointed around the same period indicated that he will resign after the World Cup.

Days after Ghana was eliminated from the Mundial, Otto Addo honorably resigned as the Black Stars coach leaving the job vacant since December 2022.

Deep throats sources from the Ghana Football Association tell Kessben Sports, Chris has submitted his application and stands tall to land the coaching job.

The GFA is set to name the new coach of the Black Stars in January or early February. The Black Stars return to action in March to play some qualifying games for the 2023 AFCON.

Many Ghanaian sports journalists have always even prior to the World Cup trumpeted for Chris to be handed the Black Stars coaching job.
