King Faisal's petition against Aduana fails

The Disciplinary Committee of the GFA has given its ruling in the petition brought against Aduana Stars by King Faisal.
King Faisal was seeking to have Aduana forfeit two matches they played in the First Capital plus Premier League in accordance with the provisions of General Regulations of the GFA.
Aduana were charged for violating of Articles 34(1) (L) and 39(8) (b) of the Ghana Football Association General Regulations (GFA Regulations).
According to the statement of offence: “Aduana Stars, failed and refused to pay a cost of Five Thousand Ghana Cedis (GH¢5,000) imposed on by the Disciplinary Committee of the Ghana Football Association within of the stipulated fourteen (14) days period after the cost was communicated to them on March 21, 2014 by the Ghana Football Association before playing two First Capital Plus Premier League matches against Hearts of Lions on April 16, 2014 and Berekum Chelsea on April 20, 2014 after the expiry of the stipulated fourteen (14) days after the cost was communicated to them by the Ghana Football Association.”
