NPP’s first-term record under Akufo Addo surpasses what we are witnessing under Mahama now – Rev. Ntim Fordjour, Asin South MP

Rev. Ntim Fordjour has asserted that the achievements recorded by the New Patriotic Party (NPP) during its first four years in government under former President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo were more impactful than what Ghanaians are currently witnessing under President John Dramani Mahama.

Speaking on Kessben FM with Wofa Kofi Appiah, Rev. Fordjour said the Akufo-Addo administration, within its initial term, delivered significant policies and interventions that directly improved the lives of ordinary Ghanaians. He cited areas such as education reforms, infrastructure development, and social intervention programs as clear indicators of the NPP’s performance in office.

He contrasted this with what he described as a lack of comparable progress under Mahama’s leadership, arguing that the difference in governance approach and policy execution is evident.

Rev. Fordjour urged the public to critically assess political leadership based on track records and tangible outcomes rather than rhetoric, emphasizing that performance should remain the key measure of effective governance.
