Covid-19 pandemic delayed the printing of textbooks for schools – Ministry of Education

The public relations officer of the ministry of education, Kwasi Kwarteng has divulged that the delays in the distribution of textbooks to government schools are a result of the COVID-19 effect on the world economies last year.


In an interactive interview with Akuoko Kwarteng on Kessben TV, Kwasi Kwarteng expounded that the contract of printing the books was handed to a local company.

According to him, the said local company could not get all logistics it needed to be imported into the country to print the books due to the effect of the COVID last year.
