TikTok does not pay, but the fame we’ve got from there has helped us get closer to big men – Bonsam Gengi and Akata Yesu

Ghanaian TikTok comedy duo Bonsam Gengi and Akata Yesu have opened up about the impact of their growing popularity on the social media platform.

Speaking on Kessben Drive with Fante Quoo, the duo revealed that although TikTok does not directly provide them with significant financial returns, the fame they have gained through the platform has created valuable opportunities.

According to Bonsam Gengi and Akata Yesu, their popularity on TikTok has helped them establish connections with influential personalities and “big men” in society.

The duo, who have become known for their comic videos and entertaining skits, said the exposure from TikTok has brought them closer to people they might otherwise not have had the opportunity to meet.
