Some people were your Angels on earth, but arrogance & ingratitude prevented you from seeing them – Rev. Vincent Kankam (Sofo Kankam)
Reverend Vincent Kankam has urged people to appreciate those who positively impact their lives, cautioning that arrogance can sometimes prevent individuals from recognising the value of people around them.
Speaking on his Food For Thought show on Kessben FM, Rev. Kankam said some people come into the lives of others as “angels on earth” but may go unappreciated because of pride and arrogance.
“Some people were your angels on earth, but arrogance prevents some people from seeing them,” he said.
He noted that people often recognise the importance of others only after they have lost their presence or support.
Rev. Kankam therefore encouraged listeners to remain humble and show appreciation to those who offer them guidance, support and opportunities.
He stressed that recognising and valuing good people while they are still present can help strengthen relationships and prevent unnecessary regrets.
