LEAP School Celebrates Excellence, Inspires Future Leaders at 2026 Graduation Ceremony

LEAP School has celebrated academic excellence, character development and outstanding achievement at its 2026 Graduation, Speech and Prize-Giving Ceremony, with a call on pupils to build on strong educational and moral foundations as they pursue greater heights.

Held under the theme, “From Foundation to Excellence: Rising Beyond Boundaries,” the colourful event brought together parents, guardians, teachers, education stakeholders and invited guests to honour the accomplishments of the Class of 2026 and pupils advancing to higher levels of education.

Delivering the keynote address, Headmistress Angela Asenso Obeng underscored the importance of knowledge, discipline, integrity and the fear of God as the pillars of lifelong success. She commended the graduands for their resilience and determination, while applauding teachers and parents for their unwavering commitment to nurturing responsible and confident learners.

She urged the graduating learners particularly those progressing to Senior High School, to uphold the values instilled by LEAP School and serve as worthy ambassadors wherever they go. She also encouraged parents and guardians to continue guiding their children to remain focused on good values, discipline and academic excellence.

Deputy PTA Chairman, Mr. Micheal Akabuo, congratulated the graduating Class of 2026 on their outstanding achievements and encouraged them to remain disciplined, respect their elders and strive to become the best versions of themselves. He urged the pupils to uphold the values of love, respect and excellence instilled by LEAP School, assuring the school community of the PTA’s continued commitment to supporting the school’s growth and development. He further encouraged the graduands to make their parents, the school and Ghana proud through hard work, good character and dedication to excellence.

The ceremony also celebrated the promotion and graduation of 83 pupils across various academic levels, including nine Year 9 pupils who completed Junior High School and will transition to Senior High School.

Guests were treated to vibrant cultural performances, choir renditions, drama and dance displays, with a captivating violin performance by young pupil Kabuki earning a standing ovation from the audience.

Outstanding pupils were honoured with awards for academic excellence, discipline and exemplary conduct, while teachers, staff and supportive parents were recognised for their invaluable contributions to the school’s success.

The ceremony concluded with expressions of gratitude to all stakeholders for their support, reinforcing LEAP School’s commitment to nurturing confident, disciplined and purpose-driven learners prepared to rise beyond boundaries and contribute meaningfully to national development.
