Julius Debrah urges men to lead with faith, integrity and humility

Chief of Staff Julius Debrah has urged Christian men to lead their families and communities with faith, integrity and humility, emphasizing that true leadership is rooted in service and obedience to God.

Speaking at this year’s Pentecost Men Ministry (PEMEM) Day celebration at PIWC Trasacco, which coincided with Father’s Day, Mr. Debrah delivered a sermon on the theme, “The Mandate, Responsibilities, and Faith of a Godly Man.”

Drawing inspiration from Zechariah 4:6, he reminded the congregation that lasting success is achieved not through human strength or influence but by the Spirit of the Lord.

Reflecting on his personal journey from a humble background, the Chief of Staff said God’s grace, unwavering faith and obedience had guided every stage of his life. He encouraged the congregation not to be discouraged by setbacks, noting that some of life’s greatest disappointments are often God’s way of redirecting people to a greater purpose.

Quoting Matthew 17:20, Mr. Debrah said faith as small as a mustard seed can move mountains, stressing that genuine faith, steadfast prayer and trust in God’s will are enough for Him to accomplish extraordinary things.

He also reminded men of their God-given responsibilities to lead their families with love, provide for their households, raise their children with godly values, serve the Church faithfully and contribute positively to national development.

According to him, true leadership begins with service, humility, integrity and compassion, urging men to become examples of Christ-like character in their homes, churches and communities.

Mr. Debrah further encouraged believers to remain faithful to their calling, expressing confidence that God’s timing is always perfect and His plans are greater than human expectations.

He prayed  for God’s continued blessings upon families, the Church and the nation, while encouraging Christians to grow stronger in the Spirit through humility, kindness, generosity and obedience to God’s Word.
