Recruitment of Nurses: Ghanaians miss NPP, under NDC it appears they have already selected people from the backdoor – Nana Adjei Perez

Nana Adjei Perez has alleged that the recruitment process for nurses in Ghana lacks transparency, claiming that some individuals may have already been selected through unofficial means.

Speaking on Kessben FM, the NPP communication team member stated that many Ghanaians miss the New Patriotic Party (NPP) administration because recruitment under the previous government appeared more open and fair.

According to him, there are growing concerns that the current process may favor selected individuals through “backdoor” arrangements before official recruitment procedures are completed.
