EOCO Boss, Raymond Archer, is demanding GHC55 million bail before they release Maxwell Kofi Jumah – Paul Yandoh

Speaking on Kessben FM, Paul Yandoh, the Ashanti Regional Communications Director of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), alleged that the head of the Economic and Organised Crime Office (EOCO), Raymond Archer, is demanding a bail sum of GHC55 million for the release of former GIHOC boss Maxwell Kofi Jumah.

According to Yandoh, the amount being requested is excessive and raises serious concerns about due process and fairness. He suggested that such a figure could set a troubling precedent if proven accurate, especially in cases involving public officials.

However, as of now, there has been no official confirmation from Economic and Organised Crime Office (EOCO) regarding the alleged bail demand.
