If you think you deserve better, do what you think you deserve for yourself – Rev Vincent Kankam fires at ungrateful people
Rev Vincent Kankam has pushed back against what he describes as growing entitlement and ingratitude among some individuals, particularly those who take opportunities for granted because they were freely given.
Speaking on the Food for Thought program on Kessben FM, the outspoken preacher addressed listeners on the importance of personal responsibility and appreciation. He expressed concern about attitudes of dependency and a lack of gratitude among people who benefit from support but fail to value it.
“If you think you deserve better, do that for yourself,” Rev Kankam stated during the broadcast, urging individuals to put in the effort required to improve their circumstances rather than criticize others.
He further noted that receiving help or opportunities at no cost should not lead to complacency or a sense of entitlement. Instead, he encouraged people to make meaningful use of such chances and show appreciation.
