Police are highly visible in the mornings, but where are they in the evenings? a time when traffic peaks – Fante Quoo

A growing concern over traffic management has been raised by Fante Quoo during his program on Kessben FM, as he questioned the apparent inconsistency in police presence on major roads throughout the day.
Speaking on Kessben Drive, Quoo observed that police officers are highly visible during the early morning hours, actively directing traffic and ensuring order as commuters head to work. However, he noted a noticeable absence or reduced presence of officers in the evening, despite the fact that traffic congestion is often heavier during that time.
“The Police are very visible on our roads in the morning,” he said, “but why are they not equally visible in the evening, when traffic is even higher?”
Traffic experts note that consistent traffic enforcement and management during both peak periods, morning and evening, are essential for maintaining smooth vehicular flow in busy urban areas.
Authorities have yet to respond directly to the concerns raised, but the discussion has reignited public interest in how traffic personnel are deployed and whether current strategies effectively address peak-hour demands.
